One of my most recent favourite dishes I’ve been enjoying is this spicy salmon don! I never thought of having this as a meal as I thought to myself: “how good can spicy salmon possibly be?”. Well, I thought wrong.
This spicy salmon don has fatty salmon belly which makes it even better, topped off with a spicy sauce, and a sous vide onsen egg for the creaminess!
I think what I enjoy most about this is the fact that the spicy sauce is not Gochujang based like many other places. It is more of a yukke sauce based meaning there is a bit of sweetness to the sauce to balance out the spicy.
A bonus is that it is topped off with some tobiko which always makes the dish better!
